这款旗舰酒代表伊拉苏酒厂的传承、传统与不懈追求——以卡本内苏维浓为基底，打造出最能展现阿空加瓜谷风土精髓的优雅红酒。 2022 年份来自极度干燥且略偏温暖的生长季节，却因晨雾与太平洋凉风带来出色酸度与鲜活色泽，造就集中、单宁成熟且充满新鲜感的风格。

品饮笔记

色泽：深紫红色

香气：复杂多层次，散发黑樱桃、黑醋栗、覆盆子等红黑果香，交织着花卉、肉豆蔻、肉桂、白胡椒与石墨气息，底层带有苦甜巧克力和烘烤咖啡豆香。

口感：入口宽广多汁，红黑水果风味饱满，单宁细腻圆润，尾韵持久，并带有香料与苦甜巧克力余韵。

酿造与熟成

于法国橡木桶中熟成 18 个月，其中 65% 为新桶

葡萄精选自三个旗舰园区：MAX I、MAX II、MAX V

MAX I：历史悠久的 Don Maximiano 庄园，土壤为侵蚀火成岩（闪长岩）与厚层冲积土，富含云母。

MAX II：粗质冲积土，砂质至壤土-黏土质，含 30–40% 次角砾岩。

MAX V：位于阿空加瓜河南岸的冲积阶地，地势平坦，邻近河流使凉风易于进入。

所有葡萄园皆位于 5° 至 25° 的北向与东北向坡地，排水优异，根系深层发展良好。

Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve embodies the legacy, tradition, and relentless pursuit of crafting the finest and most elegant Cabernet Sauvignon-based wine that reflects the best of Aconcagua Valley's terroir. The 2022 vintage, marked by an exceptionally dry and slightly warmer season, delivered concentrated wines with mature tannins and vibrant acidity, thanks to morning fog and cool Pacific breezes.

Tasting Notes

Color: Deep violet-red

Nose: Complex and layered – aromas of black cherry, cassis, and raspberry intertwined with floral notes, nutmeg, cinnamon, white pepper, graphite, and hints of dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans.

Palate: Broad and juicy entry, repeating red and black fruit flavors alongside spices and a subtle dark chocolate touch. Polished tannins provide excellent persistence.

Winemaking & Aging

Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 65% new

Sourced from three flagship vineyard blocks: MAX I, MAX II, MAX V

MAX I: Historic Don Maximiano Estate; eroded intrusive igneous rock (Diorite) and coarse alluvium with abundant mica.

MAX II: Coarse alluvial soils, sandy to loam-clay texture, with 30–40% subangular rock content.

MAX V: Flat alluvial terrace on the south bank of the Aconcagua River; cool breezes flow easily due to proximity to the river.

All vineyards are on 5° to 25° north- and northeast-facing slopes, offering excellent drainage and deep root development.
