2023 年份 在阿空加瓜海岸表现卓越,生长季起步较晚,成熟过程温和而均衡,酿出的酒款明亮且富有活力。冬季降雨量较往年丰富,气温偏低,促进整齐的萌芽;春季延续凉爽趋势,开花推迟约 15 天。夏季凉爽,特别是二月因晨雾影响,采收延后一周。整体而言,2023 年份呈现出色的质地与张力平衡,带有清新的香气与矿石余韵。
酿造过程:葡萄于 2 月 20 日至 3 月 1 日清晨手工采摘,100% 整串压榨,于法国橡木桶中发酵,与酒泥接触 6 个月。仅 35% 的酒液进行乳酸发酵,以保留原始清新风味。随后在 400 公升法国橡木桶中陈年 11 个月(12% 新桶、10% 次使用桶)。
葡萄园:葡萄全数来自阿空加瓜海岸庄园中带有片岩的特定地块,邻近寒冷的太平洋,土壤排水性佳,富含层状岩石,赋予葡萄酒卓越的矿物质感、深度与天然酸度。

Las Pizarras is one of Errazuriz’s most innovative projects in recent years, rooted in a strong sense of place and pioneered on a terroir-based philosophy in Aconcagua Costa. The name refers to the high proportion of metamorphic rock—specifically slate (“pizarras” in Spanish)—found across the estate. Years of vineyard mapping led to the selection of specific blocks to produce the most complete and expressive Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah.
The 2023 vintage was outstanding in Aconcagua Costa. A late start and gentle ripening period resulted in bright, energetic wines. Winter brought above-average rainfall and colder temperatures, ensuring even budbreak. Spring continued cool, delaying flowering by 15 days. Summer was cooler, particularly February with frequent morning fog, pushing harvest back by one week. The season delivered excellent balance between texture and tension, with fresh aromas and a mineral finish.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested between February 20 and March 1. Grapes were 100% whole-cluster pressed, fermented in French oak barrels, and aged on lees for 6 months. Only 35% of the blend underwent malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness. The wine was aged for 11 months in 400-liter French oak barrels (12% new, 10% second use).
Vineyard: Sourced entirely from specific plots with slate rock in the Aconcagua Costa estate. Cool Pacific Ocean influence and well-drained, laminar-rock-rich soils deliver exceptional complexity, depth, minerality, and natural acidity for Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes (Tomás Muñoz, Chief Winemaker):
Brilliant medium-intensity straw yellow. Clean and elegant nose with white flowers (orange blossom), lemon peel, vanilla, and a background of Ulmo honey and propolis. On the palate, a refreshing citrus entry complements vanilla and floral flavors. Nice texture and vibrant mouthfeel with refreshing minerality and tension, resulting in a juicy, persistent finish.
